This Cancellation Policy explains when payments, generation jobs, account access, and business workflows can be cancelled on drapeitnow.

No Subscription Cancellation

drapeitnow currently works on a pay-as-you-go wallet model. There is no monthly subscription to cancel, and you only use wallet balance when you choose to generate images.

Before Payment Is Completed

You may cancel a wallet top-up or payment flow before completing payment through the payment provider. Once payment succeeds and balance is added, the transaction follows our refund policy.

After Generation Starts

AI image generation requests cannot usually be cancelled after they are submitted, because processing begins immediately and compute resources are reserved for the job.

Queued or Delayed Jobs

If a job remains queued or delayed because of a platform issue, contact support with your job details. We may cancel the job or restore balance after reviewing the status.

Account Closure

You may request account closure by contacting support. Before closing your account, download any generated outputs you need and review any remaining wallet balance.

Remaining Wallet Balance

Unused wallet balance remains available in your account while it is active. Closing an account does not automatically guarantee cash withdrawal or refund of unused wallet balance.

Business or Bulk Requests

For custom production workflows, bulk usage, or business agreements, cancellation terms may depend on the specific written agreement shared with your team.
