Wallet Top-Ups

Wallet top-ups are final once payment is successfully processed and balance is added to your drapeitnow account. Please review the selected amount carefully before completing payment.

AI Image Generation Charges

Wallet balance is deducted when you submit an AI image generation request. Because generation uses compute resources immediately, completed generation charges are generally non-refundable.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails because of a platform error and no usable output is delivered, the deducted balance may be automatically restored to your wallet after the failure is confirmed.

User Input Issues

Refunds are not provided for results affected by low-quality uploads, incorrect prompts, unsupported content, incomplete instructions, or user-selected settings that do not match the desired output.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you were charged twice or the payment amount is incorrect, contact our support team with your payment ID, account email, amount, and transaction date so we can review it.

Refund Method

When a refund is approved, it may be issued to your wallet balance or returned through the original payment provider, depending on the payment status, provider rules, and the nature of the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider, bank, UPI network, or card issuer involved in the transaction.
